It is also home the most technologically advanced movie theaters in the region. Casual to fine dining is also available along the banks of the meandering Deschutes River. Special events are always on tap in the Old Mill too. From world-class acts from around the globe playing sets in the Les Schwab Amphitheater to seasonal festivals filling the lawns, your new backyard is definitely going to entertain you.

Mountain Biking

Just 10 minutes from Stone Creek the Phil’s Trail Network in the Deschutes National Forest gives you access to over a 300 miles of destination quality mt. biking that’s a blast for the whole family. From raucous downhill rides to an exhilarating jump park to meandering single track trails that wind through miles of ponderosa pines, it’s all here for you to enjoy.

Hiking

Hike along the Pacific Crest Trail in the Cascades or take a leisurely stroll through the Deschutes National Park trail system right outside your front door. We also have inspiring hiking trails all throughout the lakes on the Cascade Lakes Highway and up to Paulina Peak. However you enjoy this pastime we have a beautiful environ just for you.

Skiing

Boasting over 500 inches of annual snowfall, Mt Bachelor is a premier ski destination. It’s gentle lower half slopes are perfect for young families to ski together while it’s top and off-piste skiing have terrain challenging enough for anyone. Bachelor recently added summer mountain biking trails that are already getting rave reviews from the industry. Add a competition capable snow park radical enough to train competitors for national competitions and you have a mountain you will be proud to call your own.
